All Products purchased from us will only be delivered to you as stated from the chart below. If you have not received your product after the scheduled day, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
NOTE: Effective 29th December 2017 all orders will be delayed in 9 working days delivery due to our annual stock take.
If your order day/delivery day happens to fall in the week of a public holiday, the default delivery table will be delayed +2 working day, excluding weekends. For further info, do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the delivery time?
For online orders, you can choose your delivery time scheduling from:
9am - 2pm
2pm - 6pm
6pm - 10pm
A flat rate of S$10 will be charged for delivery below S$80 spent.
Coterie Members: Flat rate of S$4.90 will be charged for delivery below S$80 spent.
For Online purchase - Free shipping applies to qualifying orders above S$80 spent!
For OFFLINE Purchase – Free shipping for purchases more than S$200 spent, unless otherwise stated.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we provide delivery locally in Singapore only.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery (POD). In the event of absence, an absent slip will be inserted under your door giving details of the attempted delivery, providing contact details of the courier company. You may contact the courier company to reschedule another timeslot. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service hotline at +65 6383 2116 and we will assist you to track your purchase.
How do I cancel my orders?
Please call our customer service hotline at +65 6383 2116, JML Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to refund you only on the price of any Goods based on your mode of payment, even after the relevant sales order is confirmed and payment has been received, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods within one business day.
