Is the HEPA filter washable?
Yes, it’s washable. Dust the filter with a toothbrush to get rid of the larger dirts first. Rinse the filter under running water from the inside out. DO NOT wash from outside in as it will push the dirt deeper into the filter. DO NOT brush or scrub the filter when it’s wet. After rinsing, please air dry it. DO NOT blow dry or put it under intense heat. Please ensure the filter is air dry completely before reusing it.
Why is the UV light not activated?
The vacuum is not correctly fitted to the UV-C base. Remove and ensure it clicks into place. And ensure the small safety sensor wheels are simultaneously pressed, if one of the wheels is not pressed onto the surface, the UV-C light will not activate. Ensure the unit is level on the surface and that all small wheels are pressed down to engage. DO NOT look into the UV-C light as it’s dangerous to the human eye.
Is it a cordless vacuum cleaner?
No, it is a corded vacuum cleaner. The length of the power cord is about 5m.
Why does it not function and stop automatically?
The device has overheated. It’s inbuilt with a safety switch off feature. Unplug from the mains, clean and empty the dust container or HEPA filter assembly as instructed and leave to cool for approximately 30 minutes.
Can I use it to vacuum wet surfaces?
No, this vacuum is not designed to vacuum liquid.
