How do I earn Cashback for Deals for Joy via meREWARDS?
1. Sign in to meREWARDS and click on the preferred product listing(s).
2. Click ‘Buy Now’ button and proceed to the merchant’s website to make your purchase as per normal.
3. Return to meREWARDS and click-through to the merchant's website again to make subsequent or new purchases.
How long will my Cashback be reflected in my account and when can I redeem it?
Tracking period is up to 30 days and redeemable cashback period is up to 60 days.
What are the payout requirements?
1. Minimum payout is Singapore Dollars $10.00.
2. Only Redeemable Cashback can be paid out.
3. Maximum payout is Singapore Dollars $300.00.
4. Maximum 1 payout a day.
5. Payouts can only be made to a local bank account in Singapore Dollars.
Why didn’t I get my Cashback?
Here are some possibilities that may happened:

2. You did not enable cookies.
3. You did not make your transaction from the last link from meREWARDS.
4. You may have just transacted recently. Please wait up to 14 working days for the Cashback to be reflected in your account.
5. You have made a cancellation, return or exchange of your order.
6. You have not completed or paid for your order.
7. Cashback will only be rewarded to users if the cashback amount for the item is $0.01 and more.
