Current factory 1 year warranty coverage - only covers factory defects, does not cover negligence.

- additional 1 more year of coverage (Total coverage of 2 years)
- Covers accidental damage/User negligence
- Unlimited repairs/parts replacements
For exchanges or repairs, please visit our Customer Service Center located at JML@Eunos during working hours.
This warranty will be invalid if the product was found to have:
- Alteration or modification done to the product
- unauthorized repair done to the product
- Misusing/unethical damage done on purpose
Extended Warranty Coverage Policy:
1.0 The extended warranty is only valid for purchase during the initial purchase alongside with the product the warranty will be covered for.
1.1 If a warranty coverage is wrongly purchased for coverage of a non related product, no refund will be entitled.
1.2 Warranty coverage is not valid for purchase individually.
1.3 Extended warranty only covers selected products which have been listed in the purchasable options. If the product is not listed in the options, it will not be valid for coverage.
1.4 Warranty coverage will only be valid locally in Singapore and it is not transferrable nor refundable (unless otherwise stated for promotional campaign)
1.5 All exchanges or repairs are strictly by appointment basis only. Customer will need to visit our Customer Service at JML@Eunos.
1.6 JML Singapore reserves the right to reject any request of exchange if the case is deemed taken advantage of.
1.7 Extended Warranty Coverage can only be purchased directly with JML Singapore via JML Stores/Showroom, Call In and Web purchase. Not applicable for purchase from 3rd party distributors.
