FIRE Roasted Pork:
Smoked and roasted traditionally over charcoal for hours. The slow roasting process locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the meat juicy and succulent while making the skin crispy. It is frozen immediately once roasted, thus ensuring the freshness till it reaches your doorstep!
Serving instructions:
- Fully thaw & remove packaging
- Deep fry at 160-170°C for 10-15 minutes or wrap the bottom and side of roast pork with aluminium foil (leaving the skin unwrapped). Bake in oven at 220°C or air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes
Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Spices, Fish Sauce (Fish, Salt), Pepper
Storage: Keep frozen at ≤-18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
FIRE Char Siew:
The FIRE Char Siew is marinated and roasted traditionally over charcoal for hours. The slow roasting process locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the char siew juicy and succulent. It is frozen immediately once roasted, thus ensuring the freshness till it reaches your doorstep!
Serving instructions:
- Without thawing, put in a boiling water bath for 15-20 minutes or fully thawed, remove the packaging. Wrap the char siew with aluminium foil and bake with oven / air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: Pork, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Caramel), Fish Sauce (Fish, Salt), Corn Starch, Salt, Pepper, Permitted Food Colouring
Storage: Keep frozen at ≤-18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Bakkwa Pau:
The Bakkwa Pau features a steamed bun that is soft and fluffy on the outside and filled with our savoury and smoky bakkwa inside. The addition of sesame gives it an aromatic kick while chunky bits of bakkwa give this Pau extra bite. You will feel satisfied with every bite you take!
Made in Singapore without preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.
Serving instructions:
Simply steam for 10-15 minutes, or until piping hot
