Introducing FoodYo-- a company that started manufacturing Bakkwa in the early 1970s. Today, they are an ISO22000-certified manufacturer and retailer of barbecued meat, meat floss and their derivatives of meat-based snacks. 

 

With their advanced technology of producing frozen food, be rest assured that the nutrition, freshness and taste are preserved! It is definitely more convenient, hygienic and saves time as well. You can enjoy it for any meal throughout the day! 

 

 

FIRE Roasted Pork

Smoked and roasted traditionally over charcoal for hours. The slow roasting process locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the meat juicy and succulent while making the skin crispy. It is frozen immediately once roasted, thus ensuring the freshness till it reaches your doorstep!
 

Serving instructions: 

- Fully thaw & remove packaging

- Deep fry at 160-170°C for 10-15 minutes or wrap the bottom and side of roast pork with aluminium foil (leaving the skin unwrapped). Bake in oven at 220°C or air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 minutes

 

Ingredients: Pork, Salt, Spices, Fish Sauce (Fish, Salt), Pepper

Storage: Keep frozen at ≤-18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

 

 

FIRE Char Siew

The FIRE Char Siew is marinated and roasted traditionally over charcoal for hours. The slow roasting process locks in the flavour and marinade, keeping the char siew juicy and succulent.  It is frozen immediately once roasted, thus ensuring the freshness till it reaches your doorstep! 

 

Serving instructions:

- Without thawing, put in a boiling water bath for 15-20 minutes or fully thawed, remove the packaging. Wrap the char siew with aluminium foil and bake with oven / air fryer at 180°C for 10-15 minutes

 

Ingredients: Pork, Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar, Caramel), Fish Sauce (Fish, Salt), Corn Starch, Salt, Pepper, Permitted Food Colouring

Storage: Keep frozen at ≤-18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

 

 

Bakkwa Pau

The Bakkwa Pau features a steamed bun that is soft and fluffy on the outside and filled with our savoury and smoky bakkwa inside. The addition of sesame gives it an aromatic kick while chunky bits of bakkwa give this Pau extra bite. You will feel satisfied with every bite you take! 

Made in Singapore without preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.

 

Serving instructions:

Simply steam for 10-15 minutes, or until piping hot

Storage: As there are no preservatives, the baos can be kept for 3-5 days in the chiller

 

 

Collagen Broth:

We believe in delivering the very best to you. Premium ingredients are simmered for 8 hours to fully extract their flavour and nutrients. This gives our collagen broth a rich texture and full flavour, all without adding MSG, preservatives, artificial flavouring or colouring. Pure collagen goodness. A great base for steamboat, soupy noodles, stews, or even a bowl of porridge.  Simply heat it up and pour it out to use!

 

Serving instructions: Once thawed, heat up in a pot. Add water to desired taste and consistency.

Yogravy:

Yogravy is made with fresh ingredients, with the aim of simplifying the cooking process for the masses. It is easy and convenient to use, just heat it up, pour it out and it's ready to eat! Frozen in small packs for ease of storage and usage. Restaurant quality tastes right in your own home! 

 

Yogravy Mee Siam
Spiced vermicelli noodles, served with a tangy tamarind gravy or stir fry it for a dry aromatic version. Top with an assortment of garnishes, like chives and taupok, for a perfect Nonya dish.

 

Yogravy Mee Rebus

A mix of sweet and spicy flavours simmered in thick gravy, this noodle dish is typically served with bean curd cubes, eggs and green chilies. Various blended spices and aromatics provide an umami flavor to this dish.

 

Yogravy Laksa

A local favourite, laksa combines aromatic spices with rich coconut milk for a smooth creamy broth. Add in rice vermicelli or noodles for a convenient authentic laksa experience! Don’t forget the taupok to soak up all the soupy goodness!

 

Yogravy Prawn Soup
