Refunds are processed strictly based on the value of product price only. Any paid custom fees, duties, taxes and delivery charges will not be refunded.
This policy is strictly Not Applicable for:
1) Products which do not have any indication of the 14 days money back as advertised
2) Hygiene or perishable products.(I.e: Inner wear & Cosmetic) *unless otherwise stated/advertised*
3) Purchases not made directly from JML's Call centre or Webstore.
4) One-Off Promotional discounted products
5) JML Showroom or Retail partners
6) Alteration or modification done to the product; if found
7) Unauthorized repair done to the product; if found
8) Misusing/Unethical damage done to the product; if found
9) Non-electrical product
10) Stains, discolouration, scratches due to normal, everyday wear and tear
FOR SINGAPORE ORDERS:
It is mandatory for customers to visit the JML Service Centre physically for the refund, strictly appointment basis please call 6742 1771. Refund procedures will only be applicable through the purchaser’s mode of payment. The products must be returned to JML Singapore Pte Ltd before any request for refunds will be entertained. FOR MALAYSIA ORDERS:
If you require a refund within the 14 Days Money Back Guarantee period, you may request for an exchange/refund. Please contact us at 1800806865 or email us. We will schedule a pick up from you, payable by you upon pickup directly to the courier service. The products must be returned to JML Singapore Pte Ltd's appointed warehouse before any new replacements or refunds will be activated. If you happen to receive the parcel that appeared damaged upon delivery or if there is any factory defects, JML will bear the cost of the delivery.
Return the unassembled item in their original packaging, all original packing materials, manuals, accessories and gifts that come with the purchased Goods have to be returned together with the defective Goods along with the proof of purchase or receipt for a refund.

In the event of incomplete, defected or goods damaged in transit, including products shown to be defective not due to your negligence, you will be entitled to a replacement or an exchange. In such circumstances, JML Singapore Pte Ltd will absorb for the delivery cost to be sent to you in return for the exchange. However, it must be reported within 3 days othewise no claim is allowed, in any other conditions, you will be responsible for the delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days as such:
- Credit card payment will be refunded through credit card
- Paypal payment will be refunded through paypal
- Cash payment will be refunded through bank transfer/cheque
Instalment Plan Refund
According to DBS/POSB bank, Customers who have made their purchase through JML’s instalment plan will have to wait up to a period of 2 - 3weeks before the bank approves the credit back to purchaser’s credit card. A refund form will be signed when the customer visits JML’ service centre for the refund.
Procedure – The full product price which customer had paid for will be refunded to the credit card once the bank had approved the refund. However, customers will still need to continue paying for the balanced monthly sum. Early settlement of full instalment sum will result in a service charge of $150 payable to DBS/POSB bank.
Any paid custom fees, duties, taxes and delivery charges will not be refunded.
JML Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse any exchange/refund/return should there be any shortages of part or if packaging deemed non-conform to our specification.
